What data we collect

When you book a consultation, we collect the details you give us in the booking form: your full name, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, email address, date and time of birth, birthplace, gender, occupation, a description of your current problems, the service you chose, your preferred language, and any documents you upload. If you join the newsletter, we also store your email address.

Why we use it

We use your details only to prepare your numerology report, to deliver it to you, and to contact you about your booking.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored securely on our hosted server using a MySQL database. Access to the admin area is protected by a password.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We only share the minimum needed to deliver our service, such as using WhatsApp or email to send your report. We do not share your information with marketers or advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep your booking records for two years. After that, they are deleted on request. You can request deletion any time by writing to support@astromission.in.

Secure payments

Payments are processed by the Razorpay payment gateway. We never see or store your UPI PIN or full bank details. Only the payment status and payment reference are recorded.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact us at support@astromission.in and we will act within a reasonable time.
