Terms of Service

What our service includes

AstroMission provides numerology consultations and reports based on the details you share. Our reports include a personal reading, recommendations such as a lucky mobile number or a name correction, and remedies where needed. The report is educational and spiritual guidance. It does not replace medical, legal, or financial advice.

Payment

Payment for every service is required in advance, by UPI, through the Razorpay payment gateway. When your payment succeeds, an order record is created with the payment reference. If a payment fails or times out, no order is created and you can safely retry from your booking.

No refund after delivery

Once your report has been delivered, the service is complete and no refund is available. If we are unable to complete your report, we will propose a fair correction or a refund.

Delivery

Reports are delivered on WhatsApp, normally within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. Sometimes, a complex order can take a little longer. We keep you informed of any delay.

Your responsibility

You agree to give correct details in the booking form. Wrong date or time of birth can change the reading. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on a report created from incorrect details you gave us.

Right to decline

AstroMission has the right to decline any service or booking, and to refund the payment instead, in cases where the service cannot be provided.
